Cough and pain: There are many causes of a chronic cough and if this has been a persistent problem then you should see your doctor about a check up. You could be having an infection, bronchitis, asthma, chronic pulmonary disease , etc. Your back pain is related to surgery and you should follow the surgeons instructions carefully.
