Everytime i lick my lips, it burns. and when lick below my lips, near the chin it also burns. ps. i have dry lips. could this be anything else?

Possible allergy: You could be allergic to any ingredient in your lipstick or lip balm or possibly your toothpaste. A dermatologist that does patch testing can help you determine what you are allergic to.

Dry and chapped: Sounds like a dryness problem and chapped lips/skin. It becomes a vicious cycle. Try to moisturize your lips with a good lip balm, avoid licking the lips, and things should improve. Moisturize your chin with a topical moisturizer, as well. If things persist or worsen, see you primary doctor.
