Yes: You can take Provera (medroxyprogesterone) for 10 to 14 days every month, and it should cause a withdrawal bleed, like a period. But it does not make you more fertile. It just prevents the uterine lining from accumulating. This is important, because pcos increases the risk of uterine cancer if you don't regulate your periods.
