Yes, it: certainly is possible. PCOS is often extremely variable. Your menses could become more regular if you can lose weight or begin metformin which would lower insulin resistance.

Yes: The period usually starts late and even up to a year after stopping Provera (medroxyprogesterone). The period is also irregular in patients with polycystic ovarian disease but will also resume -after some months.
