It seems more: Psychological problem that you have. You had fear with crowded places, and you develop panic during that time. It is best you see your doctor and be referred to the proper specialist for your problem. Until then when you feel it coming, a slow deep breath is what you can do. Count while breathing to take your mind off the fear. I wish you the best.
