Possible emergency: Your symptoms seem concerning for me for a possible heart attack, as well as a stroke. The combination of shortness of breath, vomiting, sweating, and dizziness is very concerning. He should be seen in the emergency room as soon as possible, and evaluated for possible heart attack, as well as stroke.

Dizzy etc: It could be a lot of things. Take him to ER or a Doc right of way if it is not transient.
