Low blood pressure: The symptoms you describe are most likely related to low blood pressure. You may have a syndrome called orthostatic hypotension or possibly neurocardiogenic syncope. They are diagnosed and treated differently, but both share the common symptoms you described. Taking your blood pressure lying down, then standing for one minute, than after standing for 5 minutes will help to determine the cause.
