GERD?: Sounds like fairly classic gastroesophageal reflux disease. May be related to specific foods. Talk to your pcp about it.

Nervous system: Hollow organ overfilled, stretching walls of organ, response from the "pain fibers" sending pain signals to brain. Simple solution, do not eat fast and do not over-eat.
