My friend has acute stomach ache after 3-3.5 hours of taking his regular timely meal.he feels much better after vomiting.he experienced the same pain 20 days back and his mother has migraine. what could be the reason?

This is a nondiagnostic symptom. It could be simple indigestion or a case of certain food intolerance. If episodes recur and your friend can't identify triggers of the vomiting episodes I recommend that he consult a gastroenterologist for evaluation and appropriate testing.
