I have antral gastritis, does that cause upper left stomach pain? i get stabbing pain in the same area, when bending over, before meals and after.

Possible: It's definitely possible that antral gastritis can be causing your symptoms. If you've done standard imaging and other tests looking for h.Pylori, it might be beneficial to talk with your doctor about getting an endoscopy (if it's been a while since you had your first one ).
