Inflammation: Both of these medications are nonsteriodal antiinflammatories. They both will work but should not be taken at the same time. Naprosyn (naproxen) is taken twice a day and Ibuprofen is taken three times a day. Which ever one you choose take it with food as it can upset your stomach. Hope you feel better.
