My 5 year old has always got dry mucus in her nose constantly for over 6 months no flue cold only dry mucus we clean and next day back what is it pls?

Could be normal: Could be some mild allergy too. It is not worrisome. Try eliminating dairy and gluten and see if that helps clear it up some. Consider craniosacral therapy as well to help promote better drainage.
