And: Stop all this over the counter. Causes some side effects like increase in bp. Now try very hot fluids to open up the sinus rest give this a few days if you get worse see your doctor. Takes several weeks to resolve. Most often viral.

Taking Both: could overdose you on Tylenol (Acetaminophen). Instead, buy some sterile saline drops at the drug store and use them to break up the mucous. Hope this helps!
