I have a bad strain behind my knee, i can't bend my leg and when i walk i can't put any pressure on it without hurting, what should i do?

Knee pain: Could be hamstring or gastroc strain, possibly capsule or acl or PCL tears. Check with orthopedic surgeon, give good history, get good physical exam, get x-ray/imaging to check for bone injury. Initial ice, rest, brace, elevate.
