And: How do you know those are connected? Ear balance mechanism, muscles or structures around the eye, and some sort of gastric problem? Those should be evaluated independently, good luck!

Not related: Vertigo is not caused by GI issues. I do not know what you mean by eye pain. Certain types of eye inflammation can be related to GI issues but not just eye pain.
