Is there anyway to reverse hypercalcemia without surgery?

Yes: If the cause of hypercalcemia is hyperparathyroidism you will better off having the hyperfunctioning parathyroid removed if symptomatic and other causes and malig symptomaticuse of pamidronate and Furosemide may treat the elevation while the cause is treated. High salt diet and lots of fluids in patients who can be observed and monitored with regular bone scan.

It depends: It depends on what is the cause of the high calcium. If it is from metastatic cancer or hyperparathyroidism, lifestyle would not effect a meaningful change. If it is from medicines or vitamin D overdose, than yes you likely can avoid surgery.
