At 41 yes old what can i expect in living with hyperparathyroidism or hypercalcemia?

It depends: It depends how high the serum calcium happens to be. Calciums below 11 mg/dl generally do not require treatment. Higher calcium causes arthritis, kidney and gall stones, generalized pain and atherosclerosis. If this case the parathyroid adenoma must be surgically removed.
