Muscle bruising: You probably bruised the muscles around the shoulder girdle; should settle down within a week or else seek medical attention.

Im having a sharp pain between my spine and my left shoulder blade and it gets worse when I move my head back. Moving my arm doesnt hurt at all. It feels deeper than muscle but Im not sure. What could it be and is there anything I can do?
