Having significant arm/shoulder pain when moving.i hear popping.did not do anything that would cause injury besides normal activity. what should i do?

Dislocation: some time there is popping that means temporary dislocation and relocation. Pain may stay for 2-3 days if pain for longer duration please see your physician

Neck pain: Likely a minor subluxation. For example if you sleep on your neck wrong that can get the vertebrae slight misaligned and this can cause "popping" and pain. Try NSAID, cool compress and rest. If no improvement get checked.
