Headache: The best way to diagnose and manage this is to see a doctor. If your pcp is stumped see a neurologist. If it is associated with your sinus infection a decongestant may be of value, along with nasal saline rinses or nasal steroid spray. This could conceivably be related to your hypertension, in which case get this treated asap. Best to see a doctor. Good luck and best wishes.
