My ast is 28% and my alt is 97%, what could be the issue and should i be worried? i also don't drink at all or take tylenol (acetaminophen).

Slightly elevated: Those numbers are slightly elevated. But interpretation requires much more information. Such as history, physical exam, rest of labs, other meds used, substances used, supplements used, physical activity (like work outs).

Check with your doc: If you have the liver tests ordered by one of the physicians. He/she should provide you with an answer. The answer for your question can't be really based only on the lab test results. It should include comprehensive physical and other peaces of your history.
