Yes: Yes but why are you measuring the levels? Measuring the levels are not clinically important. Because i don't know what you are using the Progesterone for it is hard to answer the question. However, vaginal Progesterone will make the uterine concentration of Progesterone higher but the blood levels may not be as high. If the uterus is the target blood levels are irrelevant.
