Unlikely: Paranoid schizophrenia is a biological and a psychological disorder. Best treatment would include medication to alleviate or modulate symptoms and psychotherapy to help with adaptive functioning.

Schizophrenia: Whatever you do, stay on your medications. Schizophrenia is a lifelong disorder that requires constant management by way of psychotherapy and medications.even though this can be exhausting at times, schizophrenia is about constant management. There is no such thing as a cure for it, unfortunately.
