Paranoid schizophren: NOT necessarily. Intuition and subliminal communication can be a rational reason for wondering if people sense our thoughts. Also, one can have paranoid thoughts and feelings and not be schizophrenic. Please see a mental health professional and share your concerns. He/she will help you sort this out.
