Pneumonia: Chest physical therapy, encouraging a lot of deep breathing and coughing help to treat and prevent hypostasis.

No such thing: There is no such thing as "hypostatic" pneumonia pneumonia can be viral, bacterial or fungal. Antibiotics only work on bacteria.
