The teenage i care for is 19 and has severe adhd. what tips and advice can i use?

Create structure: You can help by creating structure as much as possible. Teach her to organize both her environment and her tasks using lists, color coding, etc. Help her break tasks down into smaller, achievable steps. Give lots of positive feedback and encouragement. Helping her find an activity where she can get physical exercise everyday will also help. Good luck!
