Neuropathy: You likely have nerve compression, starting in the cervical (neck) vertebrae, causing pain to shoot down your arm. Your local family practice can do x-rays, or a ct scan to determine where the nerve compression is, and recommend physical therapy, steroid injections, or surgery.
