Possibly: Some forms of stomach cancer show up on ct scans others do not. Sometimes the doctor has to go down through your mouth and esophagus and look directly into your stomach and take biopsies of your stomach to find other kinds of cancer. Certain kinds can b e very difficult to diagnose as they can hide in the lining and not form large tumors that would be visible on a ct scan.

Maybe: A cat scan with contrast can show abnormalities of the stomach and it's lining. This may be suspicious for cancer. However, a biopsy is required t determine if there is cancer.

It may: It can if the tumor is large enough, but the recommended way is via endoscopy with biopsy, since it can usually detect them when smaller.
