See your doctor!: Foul smelling pus from a wound is very likely infected. If it hasn't healed in a week, much less 3, it isn't likely to heal without antibiotics and a bedside surgical procedure to open and clean it. Use otc antibiotic cream and gauze and get to your doctor or urgent care right away.
