My husband has been on plenty of antibiotics and none of them are taking away this nasty smell of rotten feet coming from his ear. what causes his ear to stink so bad?

Ear stink is generally from the gas emitted from bacteria or fungal agents. You say on antibiotics but were they in ear drops that are the standard treatment of many such cases? An ear clean out/flush out under direct visualization in the doctors office is sometimes needed.

Most times topical medications applied to the ear after a complete ear cleaning is needed and may need to be repeated. We ask “Patience for patients”!
