Most likely not: Once you have finished developing and are a few years out from puberty the bones stop growing in length. Your doctor can have an x-ray done to see what your "bone age" is to know for sure. My mother is 4'10" and is beautiful.

Unlikely: The influence of mild/moderate prematurity on growth is gone within a few years. If you were a micro premi24-26 wks, it would stunt your growth. If an x-ray of your wrist/hand is consistent with a 12-13 yo you might grow a few inches. If the x-ray shows your growth centers are closed, you are finished.
