I got monistat 7 vaginal cream because i think i have a yeast infection. if it turns out i didn't have a yeast infection will this stuff hurt me ?

No: The worst that could happen would be skin irritation on the vulva or vaginal irritation. But the creams themselves cannot hurt you other than causing irritation.

No problem: This product is designed to combat yeast and do no other harm. If there is no yeast infection, you simply have wasted your money but done no harm.
