Probably not: Probably not significant. Babies move a lot and waving hands and feet can be normal activity. If you are concerned, have your doctor take a look at your baby and observe the movements.

Moving limbs: It doesn't sound like anything significant, as long as he is otherwise developmentally ok. If he is being seen by his regular pediatricians at regular intervals, and has been given a clean bill of health, i wouldn't be concerned.
