ER: ER now for examination and xray, Immedate use of ice and antiinflammatory mediciation such as Advil ( ibuprofen) if not allergic.

Try: Rest, ice the area and compress with a wrap and elevate. If no better see an urgent care or emergency room doctor for an X ray
