I have fluid in my ears w/ ringing & am on day 5 of prednisone & claritin (loratadine). i am having slight pain in my ears every so often. what would be causing it?

Infection?: Your problem may be from an ear infection which Prednisone and Claritin (loratadine) won't touch. You may also have TMJ problem from grinding or clenching. Need to check with your doctor again.
