Several things: A few questions: are you a contact lens wearer? Did you traumatize the eye? Is the vision ok? These answers will shed light on the cause which could be infection, abrasion, dryness or allergy. If the symptoms are persistent and resist ordinary eyedrops, then you should see an ophthalmologist.

Hi its been 2 weeks I have had lasek eye surgery, and today I have noticed light redness to one side of the out line of my cornea.
I found out a few months ago that i have chalazions on both of my upper eyelids. i received steroid shots to help reduce them but they are still there and one eye has been red and very irritated. is there anything i can do at home to help?
