Treat your symptoms: If you feel well, then you need no remedy. Oftentimes patients can tolerate low blood pressures without risk of passing out or causing stroke or heart attack. If you feel well walking around and do not have lightheadedness or symptoms, then there is nothing to do. Low blood pressure is usually caused by propanolol not fluoxetine, so a lower dose may be needed if you feel poorly.
