Finger numbness: A fairly common cause of such symptoms is raynaud's disease: a condition that causes some areas of your body — such as your fingers, toes, the tip of your nose and your ears — to feel numb and cool in response to cold temperatures or stress. The affected area turns pale first, then bluish, and then reddish when it is recovering. Prevent by keeping warm. Usually just a nuisance and not serious.
