Yes: A bump inside your lower lip may be a viral sore (like a cold sore) or a mucocele (swollen tissue in the mouth). Take the antibiotics for the strept throat if prescribed and follow up with your doctor if the lump doesn't go away. Drink a lot of fluids and use a numbing spray (like chloroseptic) if needed for pain in your mouth.
