Not Downs: Club foot is not necessarily related to downs syndrome and is usually its own finding. Fixing a club foot should be done when the baby is an infant. Serial casting is the most common treatment. If done correctly, the results are very good. In some cases, surgery is required, but an exam is required to know the best treatment.
