Probably not...: Most likely, you may have so-called hydrocele, that is, some fluid around testis. Generally speaking, such report is not clinically significant as long as the contents inside the scrotum are easily palpated. In fact, most of scrotal ultrasound is not needed but wasting money. A hydrocele: Is a collection of fluid around the testis, this can be uncomfortable or even painful if fluid is tense. Has nothing to do with estrogen.
