Unclear: I'm so sorry you're going through this. Bleeding doesn't always mean miscarriage but obviously that's a possibility. Based on that LMP should be about 6w 3d. It's possible they didn't see sac 3 days ago, but by today should be something seen on ultrasound maybe ask your doctor for a repeat ultrasound? I hope for the best for you.
