Regular is fine: Sensitive question. Official national dairy council position - uht organic milk just as safe as "regular" milk. Uht (ultra high temperature pasteurization) allows milk to be stable at room temperature for 6-9 months, but it changes the taste and smell and you can't make yogurt or kefir from it. Even if it's safe, if it won't grow microscopic life, is it really nutritious for kids? Not mine.
