A member asked:

How much mag glycinate should i take alongside two lots of 600mg calcium a day? i seem to only tolerate 100mg a day at the moment (upset stomach)

May need a change: Calcium is often best taken in a 2:1 ratio with magnesium. Your dosage right now of magnesium is less than that, but you are getting an upset stomach from it. Consider using another form of magnesium, such as magnesium oxide. Sometimes you can also find calcium and magnesium already mixed in a 2:1 ratio in a single tablet. See your doctor if the symptoms persist.
