Don't be scammed: Apart from getting adequate protein, the one supplement for natural bodybuilders that's evidence-based is creatine. Companies that sell dubious chemicals to bodybuilders may also target desperate cancer patients. Be discerning and don't give money to people who have probably misled you. A good evidence-based holistic physician in your community is your best guide.
