Can you safely take ambiencr & a regular ambien10mg?

You could get: Hallucinations, and actions such as sleepwalking, sleep talking, sleep eating, sleep cooking, or sleep driving. If you have taken two of them i would recommend that you go to bed immediately, do not talk on the phone or have any conversations as you will not remember them the next day. Definitely have someone hold onto your car keys so you cannot drive in the middle of the night. Best wishes.

Double dosing: Double-dosing your Ambien (zolpidem) (regular and cr) is not recommended. Doing this increases risks of over-sedation for sure, but also other odd side effects like sleep-walking and sleep-eating. Choose one or the other, and do not take both.
