I have recently developed small blisters on the top of my toes. i had excema when i was younger, but these do not fit the description and do not itch.

Could be many things: You should have it checked out by a doctor. Could be anything from athletes foot, allergic reaction, herpes, chicken pox, impetigo etc as there are many possibilities i would let a doctor take a look.
