Liver disease or not: Petechia can mean liver issues. It could also mean blood issues. But it can also be normal under the tongue. See your dentist to see of he thinks it looks normal. If not, a visit to your doctor and some simple blood tests may be in order.

Petechiae: If you do not smoke/chew/vape or abuse alcohol, what you are looking at may be normal capillary anatomy or may be an indicator of one of many types of lesions (most benign, but not all). You will have to be examined to determine cause of lesions and, if necessary, the appropriate treatment. Please call your Dentist for an examination.
