My 23 year old stutters. because of the stuttering would he be able to take concerta? other than stuttering he is in optimal shape.

See PCP first.: The stuttering has no bearing on his intake of concerta. He needs to find out what causes his stuttering and get help for that either with a psychiatrist, speech therapist, a counselor or all of the above.
