Seek help: Hypertrophic scars or keloid scars can be stimulated to grow by trauma. Unless something is done to "turn off" the cells that make scar tissue you can expect the scar to continue to enlarge. A plastic surgeon or dermatologist should be able to properly assess the scar and make the most appropriate recommendation for you.
